SIARHEI KAZAK, THE FOUNDER AND HEAD OF LIGHTPOINTDESIGN STUDIO.

My practical journey in lighting began 18 years ago with sales of lighting products to private clients and small businesses. While working in a lighting showroom, I gained valuable experience interacting directly with clients. This taught me how to listen to clients and consider their unique needs.

As I grew professionally, I held various positions from consultant, sales manager to project manager, working in companies producing professional LED lighting. As a result, I am experienced in collaborations with interior designers and design studios, construction companies and B2B industrial clients. Developing professionally, I acquired other in-demand skills, like communication and implementation of projects of various sizes and complexity.

When my friends approached me with a request to develop a lighting design project and help them choose lamps for their new house, I realized that I could develop this as a separate consulting business. This is how the LightPointDesign studio was born. Since then, the LightPointDesign team and I have been creating innovative and functional lighting solutions that combine quality, aesthetics and efficiency.
